Specific Outputs Verified inter-coy debits & account allocations; parked journals; accounted pre-paids & accruals; and allocated misc. bank items and/ or
Checked time sheets; verified variances; submitted payroll items; maintained personnel administration incl. providents fund items and/ or
Arranged travel, accommodation, ext. venues & catering; processed claims;prepared presentations; and typed correspondence

Required Experience Eighteen months to two years relevant experience

Qualifications Grade 12

Primary Objectives of the Position
Performs varied clerical duties and is responsible for the full clerical function, but cannot be considered a skilled or specialist clerk. Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
