ROLE PURPOSE
Our advisors within the claims department are committed to providing Momentum STI clients, brokers and service providers with serviceexcellence and to making their experience with Momentum STI enjoyable, easy and convenient. A car hire advisor will provide a multi-skilled service which entails, arranging, managing and maintaining the entire car hire process, liaising with various service providers to optimize the salvage value and ensure a streamlined and effective salvage process.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Process car hire invoices once received
Validate, investigate and finalise car hire claims within set targets
Finalise all administration regarding car hire claims
Follow up with all related stakeholders to minimize car hire costs
Underwriting , handling and processing of car hire queries/complaints
Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality standards that are in place.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate is essential (Excel experience is compulsory)

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Matric
Insurance experience/Claims experience
Good Administrative skills
Call centre or customer care related experience
Working experience on Excel (advantage)
FAIS accreditation in Short-Term Insurance (advantage)
