Our client in the insurance industry is now recruiting for the position of Claims Assistant. The purpose of this position will be to assist clients with their claims, handle claims administration functions and ensuring client expectations are met.
Duties:
Assisting clients with their claims
Assisting with claims administration functions
Managing client expectations and obtaining information
Ensuring clear instructions are issued to all stakeholders
Delivering a seamless service to clients
Rendering general administrative support
Candidate Requirements
Matric essential
Must speak Afrikaans fluently

Must be based close to Parktown
