Group Red Sky (PTY) Ltd is a Human Resources consultancy that assists organisations with sourcing and selection. Our Shelly Beach, KZN based client within the motor industry is looking for a strong Sales Executive for their New/ Used Vehicle Sales Department.

Main Duties include:

Actively engage with prospective customers
Develop an in-depth understanding of vehicle inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
Always well- informed about the stock available to make educated recommendations to customers
Knowledge of costs, potential "add-ons" to offer, and an understanding of various pricing structures
Work together with the F&I to facilitate a deal the customer is satisfied with, while yielding the highest return for the dealership
Achieve and maintain monthly set Sales targets
Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings and/ or trade shows

Maintain accurate records of all activities
Achieve daily leads requirement
Achieve set sales targets with secondary accessory targets
Achieve CE standards as set by manager
Complete and maintain all required TSAM training requirements
Follow up all leads within the required time
Prospect for new business
Maintain contact with customer data base
Qualifying and exploring social and financial leads
Arranging valuations and follow up
Continuously look for ways to improve systems and procedures for satisfying customer needs
Rigorously apply high 5S standards to work place environment
Uphold and improve company brand
Visit customers and report discussions to sales manager
Ensure readiness of vehicle for delivery
Show responsibility for day to day maintenance of showroom floor
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

Show a passion, knowledge & experience of motor trade
Driver’s License of at least one year (must be able to drive manual or auto)
Matric Certificate from a recognized institute
Sales and Marketing qualification will be an added advantage
Proven track record of 2 years in vehicle sales
Computer Literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
Strong ethics, well-groomed and presentable, well-spoken/ written, positive, ambitious and a hard worker, have a vibrant personality, be persistent, competitive in a healthy manner, team player and target driven
