call centre agents are needed to start working immediately in our fast growing call centres for various campaigns. Training will be provided before starting to work, No experience is required. Must have Grade 11 or 12, Good listening and Negotiating skills.

Call Center Agent Job Duties

Obtains client information by answering telephone calls interviewing clients verifying information.
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establishes policies by entering client information confirming pricing.
Informs clients by explaining procedures answering questions providing information.
