Essentials
Matric
Pastel, Greatsoft and VIP Payroll experience will be an advantage
Own car and Drivers license essential

Job Spec & Duties
To manage a client portfolio as allocated by the Firm
Managing/maintaining assigned client relationships
Processing of monthly invoices and accounting data on Pastel;
Calculation and submission of VAT figures to SARS;
Payroll administration on Sage VIP payroll system;

Completion and submission of EMP201 and Bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations to SARS;
Balancing and reconciling bank accounts;
Reconciling accounting records;
Completion and submission of WCA reports;
Attending to and sorting out SARS queries relating to VAT 201’s and EMP201’s.
Invoicing and billing clients on Greatsoft.
Preparing working paper files for financial statement drafting.
Preparation/drafting of financial statements and performing accounting officer procedures
Preparation of Management Accounts/Reports
