Job description*About The Position
*Our client within the Training industry is looking for an Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to provide support to the managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companyβs general administrative activities.

Handle administrative requests and queries from managers and colleagues
Ensuring that the office runs smooth and efficiently
*Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls to relevant person
Organize and schedule appointments and training as required

Set meetings if requested by managersWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Maintain contact/ client lists
Handle and Manage Petty Cash
Provide general support to visitors
*Requirements
*
Experience in an admin role or training co-ordinator roll
Knowledge of working with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines, telephones
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills
Be able to identify when we need to order materials before they run out
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Self motivated and disciplined
Must be able to relate well with people at all levels
Prefer non smoker
Must be neat in appearance
Must be reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
High School (matric) (Required)
