Requirements
A minimum of Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of relevant legislation/policy/prescripts and procedures. Basic knowledge of Human Resource. Promotion of access to information act 2000. Skills- Sound organisational, Computer, Ability to communicate well with people at different levels and from different backgrounds. Ability to act with tact and discretion. ATTRIBUTES- People centred, Professionalism, Collective responsibility, Self-management and motivation, reliability, honesty and integrity and Strong ethics.

DutiesIssue trip authorities. Carry out vehicle inspections. Capture Log returns. Arrange for repairs and vehicle servicing. Provide drive services. Receive and control incident/accident reports and traffic fines. Capture in registers. Process approved applications for subsidised vehicles. Coordinate with suppliers, receive new vehicles and issue to applicants. Receive and verify accuracy log sheets. Submit log sheets to HR for processing. Mark all assets. Implement regular stock takes. Capture balance adjustments. Evaluate the condition of assets and make recommendations on disposals. Report all thefts and losses. Update disposal information. Prepare and submit disposal reports. Control movement of assets. File supportive documentation. Receipt assets on system. Create and update unique numbers for assets. Physically receive assets and validate conditions. Update the asset register. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Update files. Reconcile information on the system. Create and update item records.
