Admin Assistant

Ralph Jacob is currently looking for a Admin Assistant for a 2 month contract during our festive season. The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities :

- Answering the Phone

- General Admin

- Invoicing

- Customer Statements

- Assisting the Directors with daily tasks

This is a temporary position and the employee will be considered for permanent employment after 2 months

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: R2,500.00 /month

Required experience:

Pastel Accounting: 2 years

Required license or certification:

Drivers Licence

Required education:

High school or equivalent
