Educational Requirements:
Matric (Completed, Must HAVE and able to supply certificate, accounting as a subject)
Relevant Financial Tertiary qualification

Experience Requirements:
At least 1 years’ experience as an accounts / debtor’s clerk
Sound knowledge and understanding of Bookkeeping functions, i.e. Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Debtor/Creditor/Cash sales recon
Must be well spoken
Must be proficient on Microsoft office
Must be advanced on Excel
Must be attentive to detail & accurate

Responsibilities:
Checking daily banking & capturing payments

Follow up with overdue debtors
Collating, scanning and emailing of debtor invoices and statements and so on
Requesting supplier invoices and statements
Processing credit notes
Processing of debtors and supplier invoices
Confirming invoicing & pricing
General admin

Additional info:
Salary R6 000 – R8 000 (gross)
Working hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm & Saturday’s 9am – 1pm
