Account Manager

Location - Boekenhout (Cullinan)

Reporting to – Sales Manager



Our client in the FMCG industry has a vacancy available for an Account Manager. The successful candidate will implement a market driven service that builds sustainable volume and market share, thereby building the equity of the brand, sales volumes and market share, as well as corporate reputation. This is an office based position.

Responsibilities:



Rand value profit

Drive Rand value profit for the organisation based on forecasted budget.
Drive Lamb carcass sales based on budget.
Drive and maximize primal sales based on budget.
Identify opportunities to maximize beef primal sales.
Identify opportunities to maximize beef carcasses.
Service existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.
Drive sales on frozen stock.
Driving and executing retail and key account stores’ orders in full.


Existing customers and accounts

Service existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.
Identify opportunities and drive NPD and new stores in order to grow volume and market share.
New and speedy customer sign on


Key Customer Satisfaction

Ensuring that the optimal Service Levels are achieved.
Resolving queries and complaints to the satisfaction of the clients.
Feedback and follow-up on queries and complaints


Stakeholder Relations and Networking

Initiate and sustain key relation networks which build on the good reputation and image of the company and secures future growth and profitability.
Establish and maintain good trust relations with all stakeholders
Requirements:



Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Sales experience: 2 – 5 years
FMCG experience: 2 – 5 years
Own transport
