Your ability to strike up engaging conversations and connect with people can determine your success. Every sale is about finding the right solution for the customer. Extensive training is provided beforehand.
It's not for the feint hearted as the role requires a strong work ethic, high levels of resilience, rejection/ objection handling, and a structured self-employed mentality. Remaining positive in adversity, and challenging weather.
You don't necessarily need to come from a sales background, but an outgoing personality and drive to achieve is a 'must'.
