Experienced, knowledgeable, capable candidate urgently required for Temp assignment. Solid track record and contactable references essential.

Duties include:

Review cashbooks to ensure allocations are correct, supporting documents have been authorised and tax invoiced.

Review supplier processing.

Review supplier recons.

Prepare supplier recons for fuel suppliers.

Handle all the paperwork for oil imports.

Prepare/review VAT returns and recons.

Prepare management accounts and various supporting schedules.

Assistance in setting up Pastel Evolution, and test running it before Co. goes live.

Various ad-hoc duties due to December skeleton-staff ie approve orders; release payments; etc.
