Heritage Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator for a busy business centre, situated in the beautiful KZN Midlands. Before applying for this role, please read the information below:
Purpose of the role:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Point of Sales and Inventory systems, ensuring data integrity within Micros. Reporting to the Financial Manager.
Key deliverables
1. Inventory
a. Maintain supplier and inventory item information
b. Ensure all grvs, transfers, production done daily and checked for accuracy

c. Maintain recipes in inventory systemd. Investigate stock variances and initiate corrective actions
e. Monitor theoretical gross profit per product
f. Administrate stock counts
g. Menu and product costings
2. Point of Sales
a. Ensure all pricing correct
b. Ensure item set up correct, deducting correct inventory items
c. Review of tenders and discounts
3. Reporting
a. Daily review of reporting
4. Systems Support
a. Site contact for any system issues
b. Responsible for resolving issues with external parties
5. Other
a. Assist support team
Skills required
1. Good computer and numerical literacy
2. Solid stock control knowledge
3. Grade 12 or diploma essential, postgraduate qualification advantageous
Experience
1. Stock control systems (Micros)
2. Retail/Hospitality/Admin experience advantageous

Monday to Friday: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm
