Troubleshooting Syspro related problems
End User Syspro support
Create and maintain customized reports using MS SQL, Syspro reporting services and Excel
Maintaining Syspro documents formats using Crystal Designer
Expert in Maintaining and Optimising SQL processes, procedures and ability to create Vues as required
Ensure all data cubes are accessible and updated
Involved in monthe end process and any day end process
Documenting and administration of Syspro
Training of staff on Syspro processes and procedures
Experience supporting Syspro point of sale
Experience in Barcode printing, Barcode design and Dot Matrix Printing
