Specialist Risk Control VIP & Investigations-BMW South Africa

You will manage and oversee all investigations and VIP protection services within South Africa and Africa.

You will also establish internal and external liaison and communication channels. The management and oversight of external investigations and assistance to SAPS and Insurance Companies forms an integral part of this role.

You will manage the Crime Line, relevant Service Providers, Partners and Contractors in respect of investigations and VIP protection services - maintaining proper recording of all investigations at all times.

As the subject matter expert you will provide guidance to the Business in respect of risks and mitigating factors, as well as establish proactive measures to prevent and/or mitigate these risks.

You will also assume responsibility for the management, co-ordination and oversight of Information Protection.
Qualifications and experience
Min Matric plus a relevant Degree or Diploma (Criminal Law / Risk Management).
Post graduate qualification in Digital Forensic Investigation would be advantageous.
Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiner ( ACFE) having attained the ACFE qualification would be advantageous.
Registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade A.

CISSP qualification would be advantageous.
5 - 10 years' experience in the South African Police Service or Military, Protection, Crime Intelligence and Investigations.
5 Years management experience in a corporate environment.
Experience in Executive Protection.
Report writing ability.
Good people management and leadership skills.
Ability to think analytically and must be able to work methodically.
Woking knowledge and experience in cybercrime and IT related investigations would be advantageous.
PC literate for standard MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
