Experience of Recruitment Policy and Practices
At least 3 to 4 years demonstrable experience of working within a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving
Strong experience working with Excel, Word and Outlook applications
You will be motivated, engaging and confident with the ability and the desire to develop and build your team.
Focused, organised and dynamic with the ability to converse with candidates and clients confidently
Assist in leading a team of Recruitment Administrators to provide an outstanding customer experience to all Clients and Candidates.
The team is accountable for administering a variety of tasks, including advertising vacancies, booking interviews and assisting consultants in producing contracts.
Our Senior Recruitment Administrator/Team Leader will hold ultimate responsibility for the motivation, training, success of the team and ensuring that they deliver a high standard of service.
Assist in leading, motivating, coaching and developing the team.
Ensure that the team is keeping a concise and up-to-date record of active candidate’s availability.
Assist management to develop a continuous improvement culture, focusing on simplification and customer experience
Build strong working relationships with key contacts the Central Recruitment Team
Take ownership for complaint resolution within the team, ensuring customers concerns are fully addressed
