-VOC (Voice of the customer)
-Completed sales cycle focus Pro
-All customer questions and objections must be effectively handle or referred
-Close the vehicle sale
-Assist customers with basic financial and insurance inquires and/or refer to F&I Manager
-Keep the customer regularly informed regarding the build or deliver progress of the order

-Ensure all administration relating to handover is complete accurately and timeously
-All demonstration vehicles are readily available for customer test-drives
-All possible damages on demonstration vehicles are reported
-Demonstration must be logged
-Attend Meetings
-Target achievement and driving for performance results
-Attend all pre-booked training
-Training competence standard achieved
Candidate Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Drivers License
Computer Literate (Office Suite)
Sales Experience in Motor Dealership Industry
An effective understanding of the sales cycle
Must be target Driven
Sales experience in all brands
Tertiary marketing and/or sales qualification advantageous
