MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE:
Analyse all sales orders received in order to prioritise orders to be captured
Ensure all orders are processed timeously into the system (Syspro)
Ensure all sales orders are captured accurately
Ensure that Customers are timeously notified of any changes to their orders
Liaise with Internal Stakeholders in order to follow up on stock availability, order status as well as customer accounts.

Prompt and professional manner dealing with clients and internal stakeholders
