Job description / Responsibilities
Welcome, meet and greet customers with a smile (friendly approach at all times)
Understand customer product wheel, tyre, brakes, batteries, shocks and battery requirements
Promotes, sells, and secures sales from existing and prospective walk in customers through excellent customer service and professional advice
Demonstrates products and services to existing and prospective customers and assists them
in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Present customer centricity at all times.
Achieve monthly sales targets
Attend monthly sales and marketing meetings
Must be able to work with difficult customers and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Any reasonable ad hoc instruction related to the respective department
Strong communication skills (Verbal, Written and Telephonically) essential
Strong follow-up and excellent negotiation skills to close the deal
Use knowledge to upsell on products and services
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Exceptional people skills
