We are looking for a Sales Assistant for the sales of motorcycles, motorcycle apparel and parts at our shop in Umhlanga.

The applicant must have 3 years experience in the field of sales and sales administration.

Duties of the Sales Assistant:
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Cashing in
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

Handle the paperwork of vehicle sales.

Taking phone calls from customers.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.

Pick up and deliver bikes
Go to licensing office

Requirements for the role:
High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Ability to prioritise own workload.
Strong communication skills.
Well versed in IT skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
An administrative or sales background.
Must be detail oriented.
Have a valid driver's license and driving experience.
