The Sales Administrator's responsibilities will be associated with sales team, including but not limited to the internal processing of sales files and liaison with Vox Telecom sales / account management staff.


Description

Drawing up of proposals and presentations to sales related.

Facilitate the collection and compilation of outstanding information relating to sales file for internal processing, file handover, installation and billing of services.

Implement and maintain measurement tools to monitor turnaround times on inter departmental requests including but not limited to Feasibility Requests, Proposal Requests, Submissions to Revenue Assurance, Sales on Hold, cancellations and Credit Requests.

Assist in the general administrative functions required from respective teams/ Sales resources.

Minimum requirements

Grade 12

Administration related qualification

Experience in telecom ennviroment

Coordinator experience in sales enviroment

Knowledge and Skills

Computer Literacy

Microsoft Office

Customer Service Principles

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform in an team or individually
