Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor

Established property company in Pretoria has a vacancy for a qualified electrician with general maintenance skills for residential flats.
Inspect and repair electrical components e.g. circuit breakers and isolators

Repair stoves by replacing stove plates, switches and rewire where necesary

Perform basic plumbing e.g. installation of fixtures and remove blockages

Manage inventory

Draw appropriate stock

Supervise and train team and monitor their performance

Perform inspections

Oversee toolbox inspections

Adhering to company vehicle policy

Ensure acurate reconciliation of petrol slips

Minimum matric and electrical artisan qualification

2 years experience at supervisory level

5 years experience in maintenance - electrical, plumbing and painting

Code 08 driver's license

Basic knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook

Salary package is negotiable
