RECEIVING CLERK (COURIER) – AVOCA, DURBAN

Our client; an international freight forwarding, and logistics company based in South Africa is seeking the expertise of a De-briefing Receiving clerk to join their Durban Express branch.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years’ relevant experience

Parcel Perfect and Microsoft Office experience essential

Matric, Valid South African Driver’s License & Own Vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensuring that all POD’s are updated regularly and providing POD’s to clients when requested

Checking of cargo on Parcel Perfect

Ensure all details completed correctly on waybill (CNEE, Weight, Dims, Service)

Resolve queries and discrepancies on misroutes, non-receipts and any other issues that will influence in spec deliveries

Debriefing of drivers
