Will undergo a structured mentoring process followed by tertiary industry related studies
Become a professional advisor who is trusted by your peers and circles of influence and source clients who can benefit from our service offering
Continuous networking and prospecting that will lead to referrals and long-term relationships
Daily meetings with clients at their premises to provide advice and financial planning (this is why own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is required)
To prospect for clients / to obtain leads to secure appointments – daily activity
To conduct a professional Financial Needs Analysis to make a needs based recommendation that could lead to a sale
To achieve the activity target as set out by Liberty
To build relationships with clients so that consultant wins confidence, credibility and trust
Elicit information to maximize the effectiveness of a client’s portfolio. To secure 2nd appointment
To provide objective professional advice on client’s needs
To portray the appropriate propriety in their target market
To meet all legislative requirements
To remain accredited and up to date with relevant market and industry related subjects

To remain adequately equipped and knowledgeable regarding the latest technology
Matric is a minimum requirement but tertiary qualification is preferred

At least 7 years professional working experience with a solid track record and admirable career progression

Professional, presentable and articulate, confident to deal with clients at all levels

Impeccable business ethics

Excellent learning ability
