The Ability to drive processes, and manage a process flow

The ability to manage the department and ensure that the production plan is met

The ability to provide accurate reviews and reports on the production plan and to provide feedback on work completed, and work outstanding

The ability to partake actively in all meetings

The ability to ensure that raw materials are available for production

The ability to manage the quality and output of all finished pieces

Comprehensively address any defects or output variances in the department

The ability to supervise all technical aspects of the production process providing sound technical advice to staff where it is needed

To ensure that the standards of the 5s` are maintained

Must ensure that health and safety standards are maintained in the department

Must be able to work overtime





Candidate Requirements
At least five years experience managing people in a textile industry
Matric

Required Skills
Supervisory : 5 to 6 years
Textile : 5 to 6 years
