JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Job purpose

The Personal Assistant report to the Commercial Director and act as the receptionist is responsible for providing personal assistant support to the company’s board of directors and to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support to both the head office team and that of the stores.

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade 12 / irrelevant post school matric qualification.
Excellent admin skills
Excellent levels of computer literacy.
Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Preferred: 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative related role.

Strong administrative skills- organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Proactive, punctual and reliable.
Well-presented and spoken, mature.
Possesses emotional intelligence.
Ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the out most professional, courteous and expedient manner
