Job Description
Mercurius Polokwane currently has a vacancy for a Parts Cashier. This role will be best suit someone with a minimum of 2 years’ parts experience. Overtime including Saturday work may be required from time-to-time. Reasonable duties outside of the scope of this job may be required from time to time.

Specific Role Responsibilities
• Receiving and capturing of invoices on the system
• Receiving and invoicing of stock
• Verification of invoices

• Administration of cyclical counts
• Filing (up-to-date at all times)
• Reconcile debtor accounts
• Reconcile daily cash sales
• Claims and credits

Qualifications and Experience
• Matric
• Literate in Microsoft package
• Intermediate excel knowledge
• Must have experience in autoline, Kerrige or similar
