MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Will be responsible for the academic leadership and management of their department nationally

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Academic Leadership
Staffing for Part time programmes
Student Records and Academic Monitoring for Part time programmes
General Department Management for Part time programmes
Co-ordinator all WIL activities for Part time and Full Time students
Facilitating and Co-ordinating all OSD for all full time and part time academic staff on campus

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Honours Degree and experience in the field
Management and Teaching in a tertiary environment;
Strategic ability appropriate to private higher education in South Africa;
In-depth knowledge of and / or commitment to Quality Assurance
The ability to manage staff in a tertiary environment.
