Job Description
Minimum requirements:
1+ yearsβ experience in the same or similar role
Excellent communication skills (Telephone manners)
Pastel and Excel experience
Working hours:
Monday β Friday 08:00 β 16:30
Duties will include but is not limited to:
Switch Board & PA
Lodge bookings and sending out booking confirmations, invoices and collecting of money, doing quotes for groups, weekly bedding lists to camp
Dealing with online bookings

Following up on invoices & checking invoices & collection of outstanding money)Vehicle Licenses / Telkom accounts / Eskom accounts / City of Tshwane accounts
UIF (do UI19 monthly and wages summaries) / SARS hand ins β Inhouse training provided if needed.
Typing up letters for management
Checking of month ends from camps, curio shop and making sure all month ends, cash ups, and income and banking documents are correct
Ordering and stock taking of office stationary
General admin
