With the company expanding rapidly, there are good promotion opportunities both with office and sales roles for the right candidate.

Skill Set We're Looking For

Must have excellent IT skills; comfortable working with spread sheets and quickly & accurately inputting data into systems. You will also be dealing directly with customers & will require a personable phone manner, with a passion for customer service & a genuine desire to solve any problems our customers may have.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the company’s inventory; knowledge of warehouse or inventory management practices are required for the role.

Roles & Responsibility

Processing sales orders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.

Placing purchase orders & following up to ensure timely delivery.

Problem solving inbound customer enquiries by email and phone.

Supporting a national based of sales people & engineers.
