This position is responsible for management of admin office and will support the management team with general administration duties.

Specification
1. Diary management of senior management team, including arranging, miniting and co-ordinating meetings and executing general administrative duties including but not limited to filing and scanning.
2. Book all travel arrangements for the business unit including accommodation, travel and vehicles.
3. Arrange refreshments and meals for senior management meeting and SmartComs.
4. Assist with presentations including including SmartComs and tenders.
5. Ensure that the office is presentable at all times and that staff based on site have the necessary equipment and supplies in their work area in line with current standards. 6. Effectively manage office cleaning staff, the front house receptionist and service providers.
7. Reconcile monthly accounts relating to office management.
8. Arrange company functions for office staff and drivers.
9. Ensure that all Marketing initiatives and branding are implemented correctly at the depot.
10. Be responsible for vehicle licensing administration for the business unit including monitoring and payment of traffic fines.
Requirements
Matric/Grade 12
3-5 yearsβ experience in a similar role
Driverβs License
Valid Passport
Business Administration
Marketing/Finance
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
Organisational skills
