Specific Outputs
Controlled grist & product quality parameters
Compiled and executed milling & packaging shift plan and controlled wheat intake & milling processes for shift
Controlled raw material & finished stock levels & rotation for shift
Controlled and optimized people, mill, machinery and equipment - also maintained the mill, machinery and equipment
Ensured safety, heath, hygiene and pest management and managed team

Required Experience
Four to five years Wheat Milling experience


Qualifications
Relevant National Training Certificate


Primary Objectives of the Position
Supervises the activities of a group of employees /controllers engaged in performing a variety of milling routines. Responsible for the training of new employees as well as the training in safety procedures. Normally reports to Unit Supervisor.
