Our team provides exceptional service in meeting client needs within a challenging environment. We are currently seeking an individual to join us in the position of Head Salesman to continue leading our dynamic, driven team.

The Head Salesman has the total responsibility to effectively manage all the resources allocated to the branch in order to promote the wellbeing of the company.

The successful candidate will be required to:

Follow all instructions as per the branch procedures,
Maximizing and driving sales by exemplary leadership,
Promote a positive image of the company through high quality customer service,

Ensure compliance with the company’s health and safety policy,
Train his staff members on branch procedures,
Improving overall product knowledge within the branch and keeping stock losses to a minimum.
The resources that make part of the branch procedures which has been put together over the life of the company in order to promote best practice will be discussed in detail during the interview.

Minimum Requirements:

Senior Certificate.
2 – 3 Years within a senior sales / management position within a retail company;
Valid drivers license with own vehicle;
Salary: Negotiable.
Provident Fund 50% company contribution

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00.
