Job Description

Field Sales representative will manage the business portfolio by maintaining our current relations and growing internal client opportunities with African Bank branches. You will be responsible for developing new long-term relationships, connecting with key business leaders such as Regional Managers and Branch Managers, growing your region's current sales monthly. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions base on customer needs

Key Responsibilities:

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Digital Planet and African Bank within your designated regions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all stakeholders from branch sales consultants to regional managers
Manage the delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Execute sales and marketing strategies and communicate Marketing campaign progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
Present marketing and sales acceleration ideas to your Field Sales Manager for your region's monthly
Manage in-branch collateral and incentives
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth
Assist with all high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Travel is required , Nationally ( Monthly trip) and Locally ( Daily branch visits) to ensure strategic relationships and sales are achieved
To increase current portfolio sales year on year with in your designated mini JHB region and National regions allocated
Qualifications

Sales experience with the knowledge of delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent ability to network and create new profitable relationships
Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle
Ability to travel and be away from home - drive through regions ( 3 day trips - 1 Week )
Must have a matric and a Sales/Marketing qualification is advantageous

Additional Information

As a sales representative you will recieve montly travel, airtime and data allowance. You will be grated commision for team target accomplishments.
