Experienced Sales Assistant-The Tea Merchant

The Tea Merchant (Woodlands Boulevard) is a TEA Boutique seeking a very well spoken, well-groomed individuals (bilingual) with a flair for people and retail Sales. The successful candidate/s must be willing to understand the products they are selling and work both individually and as a team to achieve targets.

Required Competencies:

Minimum Qualification: Matric.

The applicant must have the relevant retail experience in retail stores. Minimum 2 years Retail experience.

- Interpersonal skills & Attention to Detail

- Customer Service Orientation

- Excellent Administrative Skills

- Training and Development ability and inclination

- Ability to work within structure and apply principles strictly.

Required Personality Traits:

Responsibilities:

- Attract, create and maintain loyal customers on every opportunity

- Achieve excellence in retail operations effectiveness and efficiency

- Maximize store revenue and operating results

- Ensure the store is delivering the highest standard of customer service.
