Control quality of products into yard including

Daily count of packing into yard
Quality check on all products packed in yard for
Breakages
Colour variations
Strapping tightness
Reconcilition to product sheets
Any other quality issues ensuring proper isolation of such products
Control quality of products out of yard

Ensure trucks are loaded accurately signing off on all despatch documents
Photos logging of each outgoing load
Ensure correct quantity/colour and profiles

Ensure correct fittings
Ensure zero breakages or replacement tiles added where needed
Reporting any breakage issues to mechanic/management ie. crab issues etc.
Yard control

Ensure yard is clean and tidy and properly packed,
All stacks time stamped
All tiles covered at all times in between truck loading
On time removal of substandard products liasion with foreman on packing issues
Checking of all fittings being stripped for quality and ensure fittings are properly managed/packed and covered
Management of yard staff including signing off on time sheets
