Job Summary Statement The incumbent will be responsible for working within the administration, accounting and finance function, is responsible for the management of all aspects of debtors control, including debtors’ information, creditors control, invoicing, receipting, collections, general ledger entries and reporting.
Minimum Requirements • Grade 12
• Relevant qualification e.g B.Com – Accounting / Financial Management Diploma
• 2-3 Years Experience
Duties & Responsibilities • Ensures effective implementation of debtors control and management processes
• Responsible for accurate bank reconciliation processes to the general ledger

• Ensures accurate and timeous issuing of invoices, receipts and account statements
• Facilitation of accurate and timeous reporting and auditing processes
• Responsible for the facilitation and maintenance of effective internal and external customer relations
• Perform any other reasonable and related duties as and when required
• Understanding and resolving queries relating to foreign subsidiaries
