We are looking for someone to operate our front of house. This will include helping customers with over the counter sales, Processing invoices and payments, aiding customers with technical queries, as well as general customer service. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in the latest tech and a willingness to learn about a brand new range of products and offerings.

Requirements

1-2 years Experience
Good Command and Understanding of the English Language
Great Communication and People Skills
Willingness to learn Technical Skills and Specifications
Experience in Sales (Bonus if skills lay within the Hobbyist, IT, technical and Electronics Fields)
Computer Literate
Ability to provide technical product information
Responsibilities

Offering solid advice on products and services offered by the company
