Control Room Operator/Team Leader

The sucessful candidate will be responsible for supervising operations and administrative services of a department through proper management of Company policies and procedures.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that production target is reached daily

• Maintaining discipline on shift

• Responsible for quality and quantity of production out

• Responsible for adherence to systems and procedures

• Planning and organising staff shift rotations and task

• Producing management reports on production performance

• Monitor and drive quality control

• Facilitate employee requests, e.g leave

• Follow all the safety rules and procedures.

• Participate in all training and development initiatives developed by management

• Assist other department or areas when requested by management or manager

• Troubleshoot operating glitches on occurrence

• Train other colleagues cross training

• Minimizing of waste

• Overall housekeeping

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Trade Test in Board Manufacturing field

Qualifications include:

• Matric Maths & Science Competencies

• Ability to converse well in English

• Excel high in proficiency

• Minimum of 3to 5 years’ experience
