The purpose of the Community Development Administrator's role is pivotal in the overall execution of strategy in the District of KZN.
Description
Updating and tracking profitability and funding of key LSS Schemes
Drawing Up Commercial Road Maps and Power point presentations in support of Strategic initiatives . This includes the preparation and tracking of Capexes from start to end.
Driving the LSS increase and communication files
Tracking the vehicle profitability spreasheet for KZN
Providing the CDM's and DCDM with admin support including shceduling and coordinating meetings with community stakeholders
Managing and tracking progress on Community, LSS and OTT signage replacements and installations
Receipting invoices on SAP
Support to the CSS team for Community events . This includes bookings , requisitions and driving PO's
Managing and tracking lead generation or all community based events
Matric
Exposure to Strategic Planning environment would be advantageous.
Experience of execution of Projects would be advantageous
