Bookkeeper and Assistant

A well established Sectional Title management company in the East of Pretoria is looking for a full day Sectional Title Manager Bookkeeper and Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

Bookkeeping, data processing of accounting records (cashbooks, bank reconciliations, debtors & creditors) to Trial Balance of Body Corporates.

General secretarial and office duties, such as telephone, filing, etc.

Communication with owners and tenants of a building

General maintenance of a building (quotations, approval of quotations, follow up on work done, payment reconciliation)

Requirements and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sectional Title Manager Bookkeeper and assistant

MS Office, English & Afrikaans proficiency

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Accuracy and attention to detail. Applicant must be neat and presentable at all times

A Matric qualification essential. Drivers Licence and own transport

Bookkeeping diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

Experience in and knowledge of sectional title and property management (advantageous).

Bookkeeping experience: 2 years (Preferred)

CTC: R12 000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 to R12,000.00 /month
