Well established software controlled electronic access management solutions firm has an opportunity for an Applications Support Agent to join their team in Irene area.
Duties will include bit is not limited to:

Providing high level monitoring / support / investigation / administration on customer application instances
Executing recurring and ad hoc support tasks
Taking overall ownership of incidents assigned
Following up and providing feedback to customers on incidents/tasks assigned
Ensuring that verbal and written reports of applications investigations and resolutions are accurate and clear

Minimum requirements:

Microsoft Desktop Operating System Support qualification

Comptia A+ or equivalent qualification
1+ years software application support experience
GPS and GMS Technologies experience/knowledge
Knowledge of disciplines in an application support environment, incident handling etc.
Problem solving exposure at application level
Performing investigative work tasks
Experience in supporting Windows Operating Systems and Services
Fluent in English
R10 000.00 - R15 000.00 per month, depending on experience
