Administrative Assistant

Half day position: 07:30 – 12:30

A very busy industrial cleaning company in White River has a half-day position available for a vibrant, energetic, motivated and highly organized Administrative Assistant.

The role will require a person that is level headed, dedicated and flexible.

Preferred skills and abilities:

Must have knowledge of SAGE Accounting, Full management of Debtors and Creditors
Will be responsible for all administrative functions in the office, record keeping, filing, scheduling, planning etc.
Some HR and stock control functions
Client Liaison

Must have excellent Computer skills - Knowledge of Apple / Mac computer systems will be advantageous.
Ability to learn software and electronic systems quickly
Ability to work alone and unsupervised for long hours
Ability to work under pressure
Valid driver’s license and own transport essential
Excellent verbal and written communication is a must – Full English and Afrikaans business proficiency – Non negotiable.
High level of professionalism, personal planning, customer focus and willingness to go above and beyond customer expectations.
Must be very organized, customer focused and diligent.
Own reliable transport is a must.
