We are looking for temporary support to join our busy Events team! We are a small team who require an extra pair of hands to help answer phones, book restaurant reservations and support with some Events admin. This post is temporary for a couple of months in the first instance.
Main duties:
Being the first point of contact for all incoming restaurant and events enquires
To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries, by telephone and email.
Supporting the office team with any admin tasks required.
This job role is privy to confidential information held on our databases and must exercise discretion when handling personal information
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in order to make the client experience a success.
You are the first point of contact for the client experience and must therefore create a positive and enthusiastic first impression. Confidence yet reassuring manner is required with clients at all times. Good telephone and face-to-face personal skills are essential.
Attention to detail is essential at all times to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Time management is of the essence and the job holder must be confident that they can deal with a number of things at any one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities.
Hours of work and flexibility
We are looking for someone to work Saturdays and a couple of days during the week. You must be flexible in terms of working hours as business demands can often change at the last minute. The role is generally business hours (9am to 5pm). The position is office based.
