About the Position

Introduction
A thriving company in the Gaming/ Hospitality industry are seeking an Administrator at our Goldrush branch based in KZN Durban.

Description
The Administration Clerk will ensure that all administration based work within the branch is kept up to date and mini-internal audits done as per the Provincial gaming regulations.

The incumbent's primary duties will include but not limited to:
General:

Ensure that all the necessary treasury paperwork for previous gaming dates are sent to treasury administration by 09h00.
Ensure that all the staff files are kept up to date at any given time.
On a daily basis receive, capture stock on Pos system and ensure that the purchase order is signed by the General Manager/Senior Duty Manager before they are sent to Creditors for payment.

Ensure that the suppliers invoice, POS goods received note together with the signed purchased order are sent to the creditors on the same day of delivery
Once a week do the internal audits for treasury paperwork, key register, seal book, staff cash declaration book and staff files and report any finding to the GM in writing. Once GM has signed it off, it is to be filed in the internal audit file.
Ensure that all the necessary files required for internal and external audits are kept within the branch.
Compile a daily record of petty cash spend, invoices captured on POS and send to the GM.
Ensure that branch roster is loaded on Midas before the beginning of every roster cycle and always update departments on Midas as per GM's request
Ensure that all staff interview documents, staff personal declaration and completed license application forms are sent to HR once the GM has verified said documents.
All training done within the branch needs to be signed off by the General Manager and then filed in the staff members file. Theon-job training forms needed to be updated with the training and signed by the Trainer and staff member.
Be capable of placing orders that have been verified and signed by the Duty Manager to any of our suppliers.
Assist the manager in the monthly stock count on the last day of the month.
Carry out other duties assigned by the manager on duty.
