Web Chat Customer Service Advisors
We need a team of passionate, digital and social media savvy web chat advisors who will be able to deliver an outstanding online customer experience that leads to customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Matric (Essential)
Excellent command of English language
Advanced computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple screens (Essential)
Numeracy, analytical and time management skills (Essential)
Business writing skills (Advantageous)
Ability to work shifts
Minimum 1 year digital, web chat, email experience
Previous contact centre experience (Desirable)
Previous experience with social media department (Desirable)
Experience working in logistics or courier environment (Desirable)
Clear criminal and credit records
Offer
Training allowance: R4 640 CTC
Basic monthly salary: R8 500 CTC
Free medical insurance (after training)
Subsidised transport home for late shifts
