Marticulants and school leavers are invited to apply for the available call centre vacancies in our company. Training will be provided to candidates without call centre experience and qualifications.Upon training completion, you will be equiped in communication skills, marketing techniques, telephone skills and customer service. You will perform your duties in seperate teams as oeganised by management.

Responsibilities.

Handle customers via telephone, internet and whatsapp
Provide Long lasting solutions to customer queries.
Establish good customer relations by following up on them
Constantly mining through customer dabases and providing timely update
Promoting company products in a professional manner
All successful agents will earn up to R7000 monthly, with an addition of incentives and benefits.
