The ideal candidate will have had at least 3 years experience in managing a warehouse.

The obejective of the role is to ensure that suitable stock is available at all times in the Warehouse so that when orders are submitted, the Packers are able to draw stock, pack and dispatch.

Key responsibilities:

Ordering, managing and reconciling stock daily to ensure availability of stock

Maintain accurate stock numbers on Pastel

Oversee the packing area and documentation is audited before dispatching goods

Assist with daily Courier collections and ensure all parcels are at the gate and ready for dispatch,

Ensure that waybills are completed correctly

Weekly stock take, update on Pastel, discrepancies to be brought to GM attention

Check in stock that is received from Suppliers and capture stock received

Ensure warehouse is clean at all times

Place orders with Health Matrix to manufacture required stock

Manage a team of packers and 2 supervisors

Manage the two Sewing/Tailor staff

Manage and plan daily the Drivers route for collection and deliveries

Any other administrative duty as delegated by management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R10,000.00 to R15,000.00 /month
