Alliance Call Centre Services requires the services of Senior Call Centre Agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for collecting overdue debts on behalf of various clients in a professional manner to achieve the recovery targets as determined by the Business.
The core functions are:

Continuous compliance with targets as determined by business
Compliance with tracing rules
Obtaining confirmation of correct contact details and acquisition of "promise to pay"
Updating and maintaining debtor's most recent information and contact details, employment and any other additional information on the system
Collection of outstanding payments on client accounts in a dignified and professional manner
Negotiating appropriate recurring payment arrangements and payment plans in terms of payment amounts and dates.
Follow-up of payment arrangements that have not been met.
Ensure that debit orders are captured accurately onto the system
The successful candidate will have the following:

3 year Call Centre collection experience

Fully Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Proven Track record
Minimum grade 12
Good communication and numeracy skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Computer literate
Negotiation and communication skills
Disciplined and goal driven
Salary:

R 5000 pm + attractive incentives based on achievement of goals
